Description:

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Installer to perform HVAC equipment change-outs and install HVAC systems and ductwork for new construction and remodeling projects in both residential and commercial settings. This position requires hands-on HVAC installation experience, the ability to build and install ductwork, and a strong commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Install and complete change-outs of HVAC equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, air      exchangers, and related systems
  • Build, fabricate, and install ductwork for residential and commercial HVAC systems
  • Perform HVAC installations  for new construction and remodeling projects
  • Install commercial hood systems and associated ventilation components
  • Read and interpret blueprints, plans, specifications, and project requirements
  • Ensure HVAC equipment and ductwork are installed properly and in accordance with project specifications and applicable codes
  • Serve as a lead installer in the field, providing direction and support to other installers as needed
  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, customers, and other trades to ensure projects are completed efficiently
  • Ensure all work is performed according to company quality and safety standards
  • Maintain accurate records of installation work, materials, and project progress
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and professional manner

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with HVAC equipment installation and change-outs
  • Experience building, fabricating, and installing ductwork
  • Experience working on residential and/or commercial new construction and remodeling projects
  • Knowledge of furnaces, air conditioners, air exchangers, commercial hood systems, and related HVAC equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
  • Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Leadership experience or the ability to guide other installers preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to safely use HVAC installation tools and equipment
  • Valid driver's license and  clean driving record
