Proficiency with hand and power tools, measuring devices, and sometimes project management software is essential. Attention to detail, problem-solving, and strong communication are valuable soft skills for coordinating with clients or team members. These abilities ensure precise workmanship, safety, and efficient project completion within limited weekend hours.
