Sales/Marketing Director for Residential Care Facility for the Aging

At Grandview, we are passionate about providing the best care for our seniors who are looking for a place to call home. We are a 215 bed Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) community entirely comprised of SSI patients. The facility is located across from MacArthur Park near Downtown LA.

Grandview is looking for an energetic and passionate person to become our Sales and Marketing Director. This position will be responsible for recruiting new residents and guiding them through the transition of moving into their new home. We are seeking someone that will excels at building personal relationships with potential residents and their families. This is a new position at the facility with a lot of growth and earning potential.

Essential Job Requirements

· Recruit residents in order to achieve high occupancy levels

· Create methods to develop new relationships and obtain leads

· Follow-up with current relationships to increase collaboration opportunities

· Conduct in-depth interviews with prospective residents and other necessary parties to determine qualifications for residence into the community

· Provide Tours to Families and Referrals

· Prepare and deliver presentations promoting the community

· Develop and implement purposeful, relevant and innovative in-house events and functions that will generate new traffic to the community

· Compassionate and uplifting spirit that is passionate about working with the senior population

· Need to be able to drive around and take meetings at other facilities

· Work closely with the Administrator and Financial Manager to create a marketing plan.
