Job Description

Customer Services Representative/ Order Processor

  • Hours: Full-Time Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
  • Location: Fairfield, NJ
  • Compensation: $21/hour
  • Job Type: Temporary to Hire

Our client in Fairfield, NJ, an innovative leader in commercial kitchen appliances, is seeking an entry-level Order Processor. The duties of an order processor include processing orders for our clients. Your responsibilities will include data entry, customer service, tracking orders, and ensuring the customer gets the proper item. You need computer proficiency, filing and telephone experience, and organizational skills.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

  • Ability to resolve customer complaints and develop effective solutions.
  • Service existing accounts on a timely matter and establish new accounts.
  • Ability to trouble shoot
  • Focus on customer acquisitions and customer retention.
  • Drive business through value-added relationships with customers.
  • Exception work ethic and student mentality.
  • Maintain great attitude.
  • Results-driven and goal oriented.
  • Looking for career-oriented position and driven by personal and management growth.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent judgement skills and creativity.
  • Ability to work independently and follow through of tasks. Must ensure all order entry is complete and no miss keys. If missing any information for order the inside sales rep must take responsibility to gather all information needed.
  • Ability to prioritize daily tasks with sense of urgency.

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • At least two years of customer service experience.
  • Professional and courteous phone skills.
  • Candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Must have ability to multitask.
  • Proficient Computer Skills: Microsoft Office: QuickBooks, Outlook, Word, and Excel
