Job Descriptions****

  • Schedule meetings 
  • Manage calendars 
  • Book meetings 
  • Manage information flow, ensuring follow-up engagement with appropriate internal staff and external vendors/suppliers
  • Assist with safety program as assigned
  • Works with project managers to assist with driving on time delivery of assigned accounts.
  • Interface regularly with other departments within the company as needed to achieve tasks.

 

Job Requirements****

  • Proficient in MS Office (e.g., Word, Outlook, Excel) .
  • Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills

 

 

Hours: 7:30 am – 3:30 pm Monday - Friday
