As a Member Solutions Representative, you will need to have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor when assisting in solving issues for our members, as well as:
· Perform Daily Collection Activity through calling/texting, sending letters, and e-mails
· Discuss and Establish clear re-payment schedules with members
· Document all communication with members in a proper manner
· Prepare and send necessary forms related to lending policy and procedure
· Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software products
· Excellent verbal and written skills
· Ability to meet deadlines and a high level of organization
Qualifications
The Member Solutions Representative is a professional who is expected to always act as an ambassador of Towpath Credit Union. The Member Solutions Representative must work within all rules, regulations and laws, including passing applicable background checks and uphold confidentiality.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to meet deadlines. High level of organization.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to negotiate with members.
- Strong reasoning ability to independently assess a situation and determine what the best course of action is for the member and credit union.
- Ability to perform basic to advanced mathematics functions, computing ratios, reviewing credit reports, etc.
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Windows and Office, as well as Credit Union systems.
