Accounting Assistant

Ambassador Personnel has a great opportunity for a Part-time Accounting Assistant/Bookkeeper in Thomasville, GA.

We are looking for a hard-working, experienced part-time Accounting Assistant/Bookkeeper to perform a variety of financial tasks. These include keeping financial records, financial transactions, preparing reports, account reconciliations, invoicing customers, and entering vendor invoices and disbursements.

The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and an understanding of basic accounting principles. They will need to be proficient with computers and have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word programs. QuickBooks accounting system experience is a plus.

Require an Associate degree in accounting or a similar field with Two to three years of relevant hands-on accounting experience preferred.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, Accounting, or related field is required from an accredited college or university. A minimum of three years of experience in an accounting department is required.

Fulltime: 40 hours a week

Salary: $60,000 to $75,000
