Education & Experience:
Associates degree in Accounting preferred
Minimum of 2 years Accounting experience; prefer manufacturing environment

Here's a Glimpse at What you'll Do:
- Drive Credit Management and Cash Collections for Lantech
- Maintain Customer master data in WINMAN including review of established credit limits/terms based on customer history, current credit report, and other documentation
- Work closely with Sales Operations and Credit Manager in the setup of new customer accounts, including review of credit and related documentation
- Support Customer Order process via order review and approval flow and confirmation of special terms documentation, when required
- Reconcile assigned income statement and balance sheet accounts
- Follow Standard Work to complete tasks and suggest/assist in implementation for process improvements in accordance with industry best practices
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge required to perform job duties effectively
- Support other Accounting Department functions as needed:
- Customer Invoicing process
- Accounts Payable process
- Sales and Use Tax process
- Fixed Asset tracking process
- Month End closing process
What are We Looking For? (Requirements)
We are looking for someone who:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word
- Experience with large ERP systems
- Able to create standard work procedures, develop quality checks, and evaluate results
- Must be able to communicate and interact effectively with all level of associates
- Possess good multi-tasking skills
- Experience with Cash Collections required, preferably 2+ years
Education & Experience:
Associates degree in Accounting preferred
Minimum of 2 years Accounting experience; prefer manufacturing environment
Desired Skills:
- Experience using web portals such as Ariba, Coupa, Tungsten, etc. preferred
