Golf Course Clubhouse Attendant

Overview: We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Clubhouse Attendant. As the face of our golf course clubhouse, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our patrons, ensuring their overall experience is enjoyable and memorable. Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service: Greet golfers warmly as they arrive at the clubhouse, providing assistance with equipment and answering any inquiries they may have.
2. Check-In: Manage the check-in process for golfers, including booking tee times, collecting fees, and issuing golf carts and rental equipment as needed.
3. Retail Sales: Operate the pro shop, processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Provide guidance on merchandise selection and promote special offers.
4. Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the clubhouse facilities, including the pro shop, restrooms, and common areas, are kept clean and organized throughout the day.
5. Course Support: Coordinate with course staff to monitor tee times, and communicate any course updates or safety information to golfers.
6. Event Support: Assist with the organization and execution of golf tournaments, outings, and other special events hosted at the clubhouse.
7. Food and Beverage Service: Support food and beverage operations by taking orders, serving snacks and beverages, and maintaining inventory levels.
8. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including those related to equipment operation, guest services, and emergency response.

Qualifications:

1. Customer-Oriented: Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine desire to provide excellent service to customers.
2. Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with golfers of all skill levels.

Pay: $18/hr+tips
