Fat Bagels is a new locally owned Breakfast/Lunch "Bagelcentric" concept featuring New York style kettle-boiled bagels, coffee & drive-thru. Brought to you by the same folks at Salsa Brava and Fat Olives boasting more than 35 years of restaurant success.

Responsibilities:
-Mixing, proofing, shaping, boiling & baking bagels and other bakery items

-Cooking & assembling bagels, sandwiches, salad & more

-Following food handling procedures & maintain food quality to the Fat Bagels standards

-Receiving & rotating all food orders

-Maintaining a clean work environment

-Preparing espresso-based drinks, tea & other specialty drinks

-Assisting cooks and/or cashiers with production of food/processing guest orders

Experience:
- Previous experience in cooking & baking preferred, willing to train the right person
