Description of the role:
The Service Scheduling Coordinator at Elko Motor Company is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by handling all incoming service calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. This role requires strong communication skills, and the ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment. This position is Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer all incoming service calls promptly and professionally.
  • Provide detailed information about the services offered by the dealership.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests effectively.
  • Schedule service appointments in line with departmental guidelines and technician availability.
  • Confirm and update customer appointment details in the system.
  • Proactively follow up with customers to confirm upcoming appointments and reschedule as needed.
  • Greet and assist walk-in customers.
  • Assist Service Advisors as needed
