Job description

Customer Service Representative / Scheduler

Are you the kind of person who keeps everything running smoothly, stays calm on a busy phone line, and genuinely enjoys helping people? We're looking for a Customer Service Representative / Scheduler to be the friendly first point of contact for our service customers. In this role, you'll field incoming calls, book service appointments across our two shops, and keep the daily workflow humming.

What You'll Do
  • Answer incoming scheduling calls (40–60 per day) with professionalism and warmth
  • Confirm customer information (name, email, phone, vehicle) to ensure accurate scheduling
  • Manage the appointment schedule for two shops, allowing proper time for each visit and preventing over-booking
  • Track down answers for customers using multiple resources — or partner with coworkers, service advisors, and parts advisors to find them
  • Review appointments regularly with a keen eye for detail to catch and correct errors
  • Coordinate with service advisors on loaner vehicles, pickups/deliveries, and waiting appointments
  • Make sound decisions in line with company policies and values so every customer has a great dealership experience
  • Take on other duties as assigned
Schedule

Our department operates:

  • Monday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Tuesday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • No Weekends!
What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid and insurable driver's license
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and digital communication skills — you connect with people effectively, efficiently, and with empathy
  • Problem solving: You ask smart, relevant questions, know where to find answers, and craft solutions that work for the customer and the business alike
Compensation & Benefits
  • $16-$18/hour depending on experience
  • PTO
  • Paid Holidays
  • 401k with Company Match
  • Health, Vision & Dental benefits
  • Room for growth and promotion
