THE ROLE:

As a Salesforce Quality Assurance Specialist at TruSummit Solutions, you'll help with testing, execution, and data analysis to enhance our clients’ enterprise technology. You'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. You spot opportunities for efficiency in processes and are eager to implement improvements that make everyone's lives easier. You develop insights and leverage those insights to propose solutions to client problems. You can work independently on projects and collaborate well as a team member. You are enthusiastic, professional, and confident, with a focus on customer success. You can demonstrate and articulate the work you have done to clients, via presentation and conversation.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Work with developers/consultants to create test scripts related to user stories
• Run test scripts to ensure completeness of code
• Act as stage gate for code moving into UAT
• Communicate with regression testers any possible areas of interest
• Update project team on status of stories
• Ability to present issues to group when needed
• Execute functional and non-functional testing as assigned
• Create and update system documentation including configuration changes, functional designs, test cases and deployment plans
• Ensure that business requirements are mapped to the functional specifications, have sufficient test coverage, and meet compliance requirements
• Collaborate with the Delivery team and clients by attending standups and meetings to develop targeted test cases and user acceptance criteria
• Contribute to, define, and deploy improvements to testing and quality processes
• Work with management to improve QA processes
• Collaborate with admins and developers on best practices for QA
• Act to resolve issues that prevent effective team working, even during times of change and uncertainty.
• Manage a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes for all parties.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-2 years experience in Salesforce environment conducting functional testing
• Working knowledge of integration, load, and user acceptance testing
• Prior experience working within Agile methodologies
• Demonstrated ability working independently and as part of a product/project team
• Salesforce Administration certification strongly preferred, or obtained within 6 months
• Familiarity with creating Salesforce custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflows, flows, process builders, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, dashboards, and email templates according to application requirements
• Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and interactive when online
• Ability to create and implement End to End Testing for Salesforce Implementation
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams in defining and executing Tests for large programs
• Hands-on experience working with the Salesforce platform on configuration, security, administration, and other core features
• Demonstrating proven ability to work with an Architect and/or Business Analyst to translate the customer requirements into a working solution
• Remote/Telecommute position with the ability to travel up to 10-20%

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience working with Jira is a plus
• Healthcare / Manufacturing experience is a plus
• Hands-on experience working with Salesforce platform on customizations (Lightning Components, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, etc) and integrations 
• Working knowledge of Test Automation frameworks and implementation Test Automation for Salesforce
