Location : San Francisco, CA (Hybrid)
Duration :  Full Time  

Job Description:

  • Bachelor's degree or Master’s Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 10+ Years of relevant experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce QA or similar roles.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong experience in Salesforce functional testing.
  • Good understanding of Salesforce Admin concepts (user management, security, configuration, Escalation/de-escalation, Case management , case routing , Agent configuration).
  • Experience with defect tracking and reporting tools.
  • Perform functional testing of Salesforce applications (Service Cloud).
  • Design, write and execute detailed test cases based on business requirements.
  • Apply Salesforce admin concepts for configuration and testing support.
  • Identify, document and track defects; collaborate with development teams for resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with developers and Meta engineers to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Experience with Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) testing.
