Role: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Washington, DC; Hybrid Remote Work Schedule

Pay Rate: $32-36/Hour

Our client is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join as an integral member of the team.

Job Responsibilities:

· Work closely with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and develop a hiring strategy for each role.

· Identify, attract and source hard-to-find passive talent using different niche sites/channels such as LinkedIn and other social media.

· Possess working knowledge of compensation skills to determine an appropriate salary.

· Resolve any issues and barriers associated with facilitating the seamless onboarding for new employees.

· Foster and maintain professional relationships with existing employees

Requirements:

· Experience in – 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience

o High-volume recruiting experience

· Proficient in – ATS/HRIS, Microsoft Office Suite

· Soft Skills – Independent, Strong written and verbal communication skills, organized, dependable

· Education – Bachelors Degree Strongly Preferred
