Job Description

Snelling is looking for a talented Customer Service Rep to join an amazing HVAC team in the Birmingham area. As a CSR you will help with day-to-day customer service and technician support. This position requires excellent people skills and a desire to provide top-quality customer service in every interaction.

Schedule: Mon-Fri 7:30a-4:30p
Pay: $15.00-$18.00 DOE

Duties for the Customer Service Rep:

Receives customer requests for unscheduled or scheduled service. Coordinates with the Technician to communicate the action plan and services to be provided to the customer
Ensures work has been performed to the customer’s expectations and performs follow-up with the customer, as needed.
Coordinates labor scheduling to align technicians to the appropriate customer and service need
Ensures Technicians are provided daily schedules.
Reconciles and invoices all service requests daily
May prepare and submit service billings in a special invoice format as defined by individual customer account special handling requirement
Supports administration and resolution of warranty claims
Customer to resolve receivable issues. Processes invoice credits and re-bills, as necessary
Process paperwork & invoices from the field staff

Requirements for Customer Service Rep:

Minimum of two years of service industry experience with service operations and / or scheduling
Must have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both internal and external clients with a positive attitude
Able to prioritize work activities based upon financial impact to desired business goals
