Job Description

SUMMARY: Operate data entry device, such as keyboard or photo composing perforator. Duties may include verifying data and preparing materials for printing.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

· Read source documents and enter data in specific data fields onto data entry system using keyboards or scanners.

Compile, sort and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered.
Compare data with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors.
Store completed documents in appropriate locations.
Locate and correct data entry errors, or report them to supervisors.

QUALIFICATIONS: Must have computer skills such as Excel and Word. Must have Operator Qualification (data entry information entered on the system), Profit & Loss(data entry information entered on the system) and Yard line service cards for data entry information entered on card and system. Quick Books is a plus not a must. Must be Bilingual(English/Spanish). After a 90 day evaluation and depending on employee performance, a dollar raise may be given.
