Job DescriptionCompany Description
Location: 26235 First Street, Westlake, OH 44145
Position Type: contract ( 9 months) with possible extension
Pay rate $25/hr on w2
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in an Administrative and/or CSR role for manufacturing company
- Strong PC proficiency in Microsoft office
- Experience with SAP Software a plus.
- Good communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities
Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer complaints and input into SAP system.
- Manage Return order requests
- Support incoming customer requests via email
- Process change orders and delivery blocks in SAP
