Home Staging Team Lead / Furniture Mover

We are currently seeking a reliable, hardworking Warehouse Manager to join our growing organization. At Signature Staging, we carefully design and curate staging in homes for sale. By creating a move-in ready design and neutralized aesthetic, we help buyers visualize a future in the home.

In this position, you will be managing a team of three to four people performing various warehouse activities and the loading / unloading of new furniture. You will organize furniture, maintain inventory, and professionally stage homes for sale.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Move new furniture into and out of homes
• Maintain inventory of products
• Inspect products for damage; report as needed
• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment
• Assemble furniture and hang artwork
• Work within a team environment
• Follow all safety protocol and warehouse procedures

Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred
• Proven work experience and previous managerial experience in a warehouse setting
• Familiarity with the use of hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other necessary warehouse equipment
• Safe driving skills
• Ability to skillfully and safely load and move furniture
• Good working knowledge of our furniture inventory system
• Solid communication skills and inventory skills
• Physical stamina and dexterity necessary for the work; ability to lift or move at
