Our drivers run Tuesday-Saturday and have Sundays and Mondays off all day.· Competitive Pay: For the first three months, drivers can expect to earn an average of $1650 per week. With an annual average salary ranging from $89K to $107K, you can count on financial stability.· Mileage-Based Pay: Our drivers earn 75% of their pay based on mileage, starting at .63 cents per mile and increasing to .68 cents per mile with a penny raise every year.· Stop Pay: In addition to mileage, drivers receive 25% of their pay based on stop pay. Our drop and hook system accounts for approximately 80% of stops, with a $65 pay for live unloads and a $35 pay for drop and hook stops.· Optional Hazmat Endorsement: If you choose to obtain a Hazmat endorsement, you will be eligible for more runs, and we will reimburse you for the expense.· Consistent Workload: On average, our drivers run 1900 miles per week, with exceptional drivers covering up to 2400 miles per week.· Parking Facilities: If you live within 30 miles of our terminal, you must park at the terminal. If part of your experience includes team driving, it will count towards meeting this requirement.· Driving Record: No more than 3 moving violations or incidents within the last three years.
