Field Service Technician

We are the industry leader in repairs, rentals, and sales of Mobility equipment. We provide services to veterans, seniors, and the physically challenged via our mobile service vans and interactive showrooms. Our experienced Technicians visit people's homes or institutions to fix equipment like walkers, wheelchairs, power chairs, mobility scooters, hospital beds, stairlifts access ramps, and more. We have over 90 National accounts with retailers, manufacturers, Amazon, and eBay sellers where we provide white glove delivery and warranty work.

You must have mechanical skills and a working knowledge of electronics troubleshooting. Our primary work orders are battery replacement and wiring harness replacement. We provide specific training on the products we sell and service. We provide the tools, and transportation to complete the daily job successfully. Past applicants with HVAC, auto mechanics, industrial maintenance, and or appliance maintenance have all made an easy transition to our mobility equipment repair positions.

General Job Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, repair, inspect, and maintain mobility equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Deliver, set up, demo products, and train customers on the use of their equipment.
• Establish relationships with institutional customers (staff) to get referrals for additional service needs.
• Identify necessary parts for repairs and maintain inventory stock.
• Complete Work orders by documenting your work in detail and submitting invoices.
• Travel to customers (vehicle provided) to perform deliveries, service, and repairs.
• Always maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
• We require a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• A background check is required.
• Prefer an HS diploma or a GED.
