Accounts Receivable Supervisor

Due to continuing growth, we are seeking an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join our team. The Accounts Receivable Supervisor will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the team responsible for Payment processing and application. You will manage projects related to the enhancement of processes within the credit department. Supporting the organization with resolving daily issues, creating month end reporting, and assisting the Finance team with general ledger reconciliation issues.

What you will do:

• Assess current practices/procedures while complying with local, state, and federal government requirements.
• Follow up on remaining open balance issues and ensure items are resolved within the timeline given – ensuring communication on account issues.
• Oversee completion of payment plan customer accounts and closing deposits daily in our system – Bank Reconciliations.
• Develop and adjust standard operating procedures as the company continues to grow.
• Ensure all deadlines are met in terms of month-end and year-end procedures to confirm company deadlines are complete according to timeline.
• Will be hands on initially as an individual contributor, building a team over the next 12 months that will enable the ability to develop/coach a team.
• Centralize the billing/collections functions for all Platform offices.

• Experience with NetSuite preferred.
• Experience developing and implementing processes and/or systems.
• Experience in professional services preferred.
• Strong oral, written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact directly with clients and office leaders.
• Ability to successfully navigate hard conversations.
