Our Golf Marshal/Starter will be responsible for monitoring the pace of play and golf course policies at our storied and world renowned golf courses.  This person is highly visible in the operation and has the ability to develop relationships with guests, clients and vendors to provide maximum, personalized service.   Energy, warmth, influential communication skills (verbal and written), and a keen eye for detail are key for this position.  This is a casual position.

• Interacts with golfers in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Responsible for informing players of course conditions and local rules.
• Keep tee times moving on time and in an orderly manner.
• Responsible for maintaining a reasonable pace of play on the golf course.
• Communicate with Golf Shop and keep up-to-date and accurate tee sheet and pace of play.
• Tracks players and speed of play.
• Communicate with Marshals on the course any potential pace of play problems.
• Remain open and positive in communication with guests at Moon Lake Golf and Country Club.
• Keep track of golf carts and rental equipment.
• Responsible for Tournament staging, set up and take down.

• Any combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions.  High School Diploma preferred.
• Previous related experience and a love for golf is preferred.
