Job Description

We are seeking a Service Technician to join our team! You will maintain, repair, and install financial equipment and related software components. Willing to train!

Responsibilities:

Perform full range of on-site and in-shop maintenance and repair on financial equipment
Troubleshoot and perform diagnostic testing on hardware and software components needing repair
Install financial equipment, including hardware and software components
Perform routine preventative maintenance
Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion

Qualifications:

Must have a high school diploma
Must have formal training or experience working in the field as a technician in technical/repair of electrical equipment
Must be proficient in computers and common network problems
Must have a professional appearance and demeanor and ability to work independently at customer sites
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license and insurance are required
Individual must be able to travel regionally on a daily basis to job sites
Ability to handle physical workload
