The Digital Marketing Coordinator also provides “virtual” event support, assisting with planning and logistics including researching conferences, attendees, venues, and vendors, building distribution lists, sending and tracking invitations, and coordinating, ordering, and shipping branded gifts. This role also provides ad-hoc project assistance at the direction of the Client Relations Director as needed.

The position requires a highly organized self-starter with a variety of hand-on digital marketing skills, including but not limited to email marketing, database coordination, analytics reporting and ongoing process improvement. The individual must be able to work remotely, independently, and efficiently; take direction; work in a fast-paced environment; and collaborate with colleagues and executive leadership to help achieve business objectives.

Duties and responsibilities include the following:

    • Coordinate pre- and post-event communications for business development using established templates.
    • Support distribution and segmentation for targeted marketing.
    • Research, maintain, and expand hierarchies and organizational charts
    • Work with cross-functional teams on campaign performance reporting.
  • Independently guide the process for follow up with clients and prospects, capturing communications from Outlook and adding them in HubSpot, creating and communicating reminders for senior stakeholders for business development opportunities.
  • Coordinate the process for capturing RFP and pitch responses and follow ups.
  • Support planning of the firm’s business development and marketing events (webinars, seminars, conferences, sports events, client meals, and other networking events)
  • Research organizations, conferences, contacts, and other topics as assigned.
  • Report on measures of success to supervisors and stakeholders that will inform their marketing strategies.
  • Other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or commensurate experience.
  • Hands-on experience using a Customer Relationship Management software (HubSpot preferred).
  • Experience within a law firm, insurance company, or other professional services company.
  • Ability to adhere to and exemplify the firm’s Client Service Principles to deliver exceptional client service to our internal and external clients; responsiveness during West coast business hours is key.

Minimum requirements include the following:

  • 2 years’ experience in a professional services (B2B) firm, digital shared services role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoom, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work remotely and independently while also being a collaborative team member.
