Top Technology Client looking for Technical Support Engineer in Orlando, FL
Position: Technical Support Engineer
Location: Orlando, FL 32826 (Hybrid Role)
Duration: 12+ months (Contract to Hire)
Pay Range: $30-35/hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for managing and resolving challenging issues for partners and customers.
- Manage and resolve complex technical issues, providing code-level analysis and solutions
- Debug JavaScript code as well as find better solutions to custom code.
- Responsible for performing Case triaging based on their priority (P1,P2..)
Required Skills:
- Strong JAVA/Javascript experience
- Solid troubleshooting and debugging skills
- Knowledge of Web stack or web development background will be helpful
- SQL - writing and reading queries
- Any Ticketing tool experience
- Soft skills: Behavioural aspects are important
- Should be Adaptive to work in the fast paced environment.
- Strong communication skills
- Bachelor's degree will be helpful
