Director of Regional Airline Operations

CornerStone’s Professional Placement Division has partnered with a local in their search for a Director of Regional Airline Operations to oversee 4 General Managers and their staff at multiple airports in the East. Their reports manage Ramp Services, Above Wing customer service and Passenger Assistance Wheel Chair Service departments for stations in Tampa, Fort Lauderdale, Sarasota and West Palm areas. As the Director of Regional Operations, they will be instrumental in ensuring all stations service levels are held at the proper standards, financial and budgetary goals are adhered to and client relations are upheld. They will review areas with issues and make operational changes to improve efficiencies. We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in the airline / aviation industry handling multiple locations.

Requirements of the Director of Regional Airline Operations:

· Bachelor Degree highly preferred, but extensive experience in the industry will be considered.

· 3+ years in Airline Services Management i.e. Ramp Management, Above Wing/Below Wing or Wheelchair Services

· Experience creating and managing a budgets for up to 4 stations

· Training and mentoring of General Managers

· Ability to hire, train, counsel, terminate and handle scheduling for all staff

· Must have experience in Microsoft Office

· Travel to locations in the Florida area will be required
