Job Summary:

TabordaENS is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Product Specialist Consultant to operate in a subcontractor role focusing on Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) & Zscaler Private Access (ZPA). The candidate will be responsible for consulting, implementing, optimizing, and ensuring the seamless and secure access of all Zscaler solutions for our diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Consulting:
   • Provide expert advice and consulting services to clients on Zscaler's ZIA & ZPA products.
   • Develop customized solutions based on client needs and industry best practices.
2. Implementation & Integration:
   • Lead the implementation and configuration of Zscaler solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
   • Collaborate with client network teams for seamless integration of Zscaler products into existing infrastructures.
3. Optimization & Support:
   • Optimize configurations for enhanced security and performance.
   • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting, liaising with Zscaler support when necessary.
4. Knowledge Transfer & Training:
   • Conduct training sessions for clients on Zscaler product features and best practices.
   • Stay updated with the latest developments in Zscaler technology to ensure delivery of current and competent advice.
5. Documentation & Reporting:
   • Create and maintain detailed documentation of configurations, setups, and best practices.
   • Regularly update management and clients on project status and deliverables.
6. Pre-sales Support:
   • Support pre-sales activities, including technical presentations and demonstrations of Zscaler products.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum [1] year of experience in working with Zscaler products, especially ZIA & ZPA.
• Zscaler certifications such as ZCCA, ZCSP, ZCTA are highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of network security, cloud computing, and network protocols.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient communication and presentation skills.

Skills Required:

• Expertise in Zscaler Internet Access & Zscaler Private Access solutions.
• Ability to effectively handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on consulting.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise networking and security solutions.
