We have an immediate opening for a Scheduling Administrator. You will be responsible for scheduling patients for psychological evaluations and data entry of various documents and information into electronic health records systems. Responsibilities:
- Places outbound calls to schedule patients
- Organizes files within the system
- Gathers patient updates as directed
- Assist and help meet the needs of a busy clinical office
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to type 50wpm
- Experience with auto-dialer
- Experience with scheduling, customer service, and/or call center experience
- Computer Literate
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well in teams
- Ability to work independently
Schedule/Pay:
- Monday - Friday / 8:00 am - 5:00 pm / $18.00 per hour
