We are a growing local company looking for the right person to be a part of our growth. At PCS we work with our team to customize professional growth and personalized development. We are looking for a skilled Dispatcher that has excellent office coordination abilities. As the back-up Dispatcher you will play a vital role in ensuring that our operations, front and back end, run smoothly and are successful in supporting other elements of our business.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assign personnel, vehicle, and equipment to jobs as specified by project managers, including travel arrangements
- Monitor personnel or equipment locations, utilization and preventive maintenance to ensure project required resources are met.
- Adjust and change resource assignments as requested by project managers.
- Scan and file project folders daily
- Phone, fax, mail and reception duties
- Maintain office equipment, supplies and team calendar
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
- Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Customer-focused, positive attitude
- Attention to detail and numbers-oriented
- Attend and maintain all required training, licensing and endorsements necessary to perform duties
- Team player, individual thinker
- Able to work flexible hours, weekends/nights and be on-call when assigned
