Asphalt Roller Operator

ACMoate Industries is looking to add an EXPERIENCED roller operator to our asphalt paving crew. We are a full-service parking lot construction and maintenance company. Asphalt roller: 2 years (preferred)
Paving: 2 years Preferred
Must have the ability to operate the roller safely and efficiently.
Must have knowledge of rolling patterns, drum overlap and paver speed.
Must be able to lift 50 or more lbs.
Must be able to grip up to 75lbs.
Ability to climb in and out of the roller.
Responsibilities:
Perform task on crew efficiently
In this position the Roller Operator distributes, breaks down, compresses and gives a finished surface to cooling asphalt.
Work Safely and take action to prevent any unsafe actions.
Follow instructions.
Complete duties as directed by Foreman or Superintendent.
Must be able to pass drug screen
Must have a valid Nevada State driving license and clean driving record
Must have a flexible schedule
Work days or nights and weekends
Work in all weather conditions
