Job Summary
KW Asphalt & Concrete Services is seeking dependable and skilled Asphalt Workers to join our growing construction team. The ideal candidate has experience operating heavy equipment and understands asphalt paving processes. This role involves working on active job sites to safely and efficiently complete paving projects to high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate heavy equipment including bulldozers, loaders, backhoes, graders, and dump trucks

  • Assist in site preparation, grading, and asphalt paving operations

  • Perform asphalt-related tasks such as mixing, spreading, raking, and compacting materials

  • Follow all safety procedures and OSHA guidelines on job sites

  • Conduct routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks

  • Work closely with crew members to complete jobs on time and to specification

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in heavy equipment operation (required)

  • Experience with asphalt paving or road construction (preferred)

  • Reliable transportation to and from job sites

  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail

  • Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in various weather conditions

  • Must be a team player with good communication skills
