Black Earth Pavement, a rapidly growing company with a large fleet, is currently seeking dedicated and reliable Class A CDL Truck Drivers to join our team. Our drivers are integral to our operations, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery and disposal of various pavement materials to our construction crews. Responsibilities

• Safe and efficient delivery and disposal of various pavement materials.
• Demonstrate a strong Attitude by maintaining professionalism and a team-first mindset.
• Build Trust with construction crews through dependable performance and clear communication.
• Operate in a Timely manner to support job site schedules and project deadlines.
• Be Accountable for vehicle inspections, maintenance reporting, load security, and compliance with all regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL license.
• Reliable and dedicated.

Compensation

The hourly pay for this full-time position ranges from $26–$40, based on experience.
