Key Responsibilities

  • Field Operations Leadership: Lead and supervise asphalt paving crews to ensure safe, efficient, and high quality operations across residential, commercial, and industrial sites.
  • Execution and Planning: Plan, organize, and execute paving activities to meet project specifications and critical path timelines.
  • Equipment Command: Operate paving equipment as needed including paving machines, screeds, rollers, backhoes, and skid steers.
