Job description

Asphalt Paving Equipment Operator – Full-Time – LOCAL WORK

Sussex County, NJ  
$24–$28/hr (based on experience)  
Full-time | Plenty of hours in season

We’re a local asphalt paving company looking for an experienced equipment operator to join our crew.

This is steady local work — no travel, home every night.

What you’ll be doing:
• Operating paving equipment (paver, roller, skid steer, etc.)  
• Assisting with asphalt paving jobs (driveways, parking lots, roads)  
• Working with a small crew to get jobs done right and on time  

What we’re looking for:
• Experience operating paving equipment (paver experience is a BIG plus)  
• Shows up on time and works hard  
• Takes pride in clean, quality work  
• Team player — no drama
