The Position:

The Manager of Digital Link Business is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our Remittances as a Service business line and relationships such as White Label Partners and API Integrations. Channels the communication and policies that cater to customer relations. Work involves negotiating and networking with partners, potential and current clients, as well with groups that interact with their companies and ensuring certain protocols are followed by internal teams in the organization.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Liasson between the partners and the product and development team for the implementation of the Remittances as a services solution.
- Setting up and coordinate meetings with potential as well as current clients
- Revenue Growth: Set and monitor sales targets, develop pricing strategies, and implement effective sales and marketing initiatives to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
- Elaborates market research, research of new regulations and analyses competitors.
- Creation of pricing and term sheets in response to requests for proposals (RFPs)
- Looking for new sales opportunities within the money remittances industry or potential partners who may want to add Money Remittances and/or International Payments as new stream of business.
- Identifies market opportunities and listens to customers for product improvements.
- Keeps accurate records of discussions, minutes of meetings or correspondence with customers.
- Explaining policies, risk procedures and operational details to clients
- Presents reports to the SVP of Digital Business & Innovation as well as to the CFO, COO, Compliance Officer and the CEO.
- Works with accounting and finance for reconciliation, end of the month reports, payment of fees to Partners, and track activity related to White Label Partners or API Integrations
- Often required to travel to meet with clients and external vendors, also travels to conferences and satellite offices.
- Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and coach business development professionals, fostering a culture of high performance, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited four-year college or university; preferably in Business Administration and Marketing
- Proven track record of at least 8 years in business development, with a focus on cross-border payments, fintech, or financial services. experience in sales, customers service, relationship management and managing internal teams within the organizations.
- Intermediate skills in personal computer operation; word processing and spreadsheet software programs.
- Knowledge of market research, pricing, and competition analysis
- Knowledge of related state and federal money transfer compliance regulations preferred.
- Verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work with no supervision while performing duties
- Bilingual English/Spanish, preferred.
- Preferred location for this role is in Austin, TX
