Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $30.75 per hour
Shift: Rotating Shift -  6AM - 2PM
Assignment Duration: 1 month

What’s a typical day as a Boiler Control Room Operator? You’ll be:
• Operating and monitoring high-pressure utility systems, including HVAC, water purification, compressed air, and other critical utilities essential to pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Adhering to the duties outlined in NJ 12:90-3.10 for licensed persons, ensuring calibration and maintenance of utility equipment, investigating deviations or abnormalities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for regulatory compliance
• Executing preventive maintenance programs for utility systems to ensure reliability, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory requirements and business needs
• Conducting troubleshooting activities and performing necessary repairs to minimize downtime and maintain optimal operational conditions
• Maintaining accurate documentation of utility systems operations, maintenance activities, and compliance records
• Generating reports and providing information for regulatory inspections

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Hold a valid New Jersey state Blue seal license (required)
• Have 3+ years of experience as a boiler operator for utility systems (required)
• Preferably have experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing with a focus on utility systems
• Possess conversational familiarity with NJ 12:90-3.10 duties for licensed persons and knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant regulations
• Have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to read and comprehend technical documents and drawings
• Are proficient in computer skills, including documenting work in a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and monitoring the Building Automation System (BAS)
• Are a team player, able to work collaboratively within a team and closely with Associate Technicians
• Demonstrate adaptability to a dynamic work environment and eagerness to take on new challenges
