We are growing and seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with demonstrated capabilities in estimating, scheduling, coordinating, and directing complex construction projects from inception through completion.

This position is accountable for ensuring that all assigned projects are properly scoped, designed, and executed with an emphasis on strict scope, budget, schedule control, and customer satisfaction. The goal of this position is to continually deliver projects within approved budget and schedule with the highest quality, and in the most cost effective and efficient manner. You will be accountable for both the profitability of the project and delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction.

This position demands a variety of management responsibilities and requires daily communication directly with clients and contractors, as well as interoffice: production, engineering, purchasing, and accounting departments. Candidates must be professional in both their conduct and communication skills.

This is a perfect opportunity for someone with a project management, design, engineering, production, or customer service background in construction or construction related fields, who is looking to expand their skill set and grow their management capabilities. Skills/Responsibilities:

· Ability to support the development and implementation of schedules for highly complex, multi-venue projects, phasing, and property-wide programs

· Manage construction projects in the field

· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously

· Entrepreneurial with a self-starting personality; track record of taking initiative, producing quality work, and meeting tight deadlines

· Strong organizational skills; ability to multi-task and effectively execute in a fast-paced work environment

· Detail oriented with a focus on delivering high quality results

· Ability to work and communicate professionally and effectively with others at all levels of the organization

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team to take on tasks with a high level of complexity

· Ability to support development and implementation of schedules for highly complex, multi-venue projects

· Proven ability to develop new ideas and creative solutions

· Ability to complete and manage projects with minimal direction

· Continuous improvement minded; understands business processes to identify opportunities for improvement

Required Experience/Education:

· Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited four-year college or university (in rare exceptions education can be mitigated by proven, applicable experience)

· Demonstrated knowledge of construction project management processes and purchasing/contract management

· Demonstrated expertise with finance (budgets, cash flows, etc.) and business practices

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project (Epicor experience a strong plus)

Experience:

• Project management: 5 years (Preferred)
• Construction management: 5 years (Preferred)
