Position Title: • Associate Dentist Employee Status: • Full-Time Benefits/Bonuses: • 401(k) with match • Health/Medical/Vision Insurance offered • CE course Reimbursement • Malpractice Insurance • Monthly Guarantee • Sign on Bonus Schedule:4 days per week • Monday-Wednesday 7:45a – 5p • Thursday 7a-3p Responsibilities: • Perform dental examinations and provide treatment plans for patients • Conduct dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals • Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive dental care • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care Qualifications: Knowledge/Skills Required: • Good chair-side manner Education/Experience Required: • North Carolina Dental License • Must have 2+ years of dental experience • Comfortable with Treatment Planning, Crowns, Fillings, Extractions Preferred experience: • Comfortable placing implants and comfortable with endo Physical and Environmental Requirements: • May be required to lift up to 20 lbs. • Active movement throughout the day: sitting, walking, standing, squatting, bending, stooping, reaching, etc. (not a sedentary position) Compensation: $120,000 - $240,000 yearly
