Role

As a Field Service Technician (also known as Industrial Automation Technician, Electrical Service Technician), you'll be responsible for maintaining industrial automation equipment, offering technical support to customers, and ensuring optimal performance and reliability. You'll specialize in fuel cell system maintenance, site upkeep, safety protocols, and issue resolution. Your role will also involve effective troubleshooting and problem-solving for diverse electrical and mechanical systems.

Qualifications

Experience with Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), and Electrical Schematics.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting/repair skills; understanding of mechanical systems, piping, plumbing, and valve operation preferred.
Prior experience as an electrician in 3phase systems, UPS (back-up power) systems, electrical generation and distribution systems, power electronics, Automatic Transfer Switch Systems, and microprocessor-based control platforms.
