The Enterprise IT group is the backbone of our daily operations, providing comprehensive support and management of our software applications and hardware systems to ensure maximum efficiency and uptime.

Our Classified IT group specializes in the secure handling and dissemination of sensitive information, operating under stringent protocols to protect national security interests.

Lastly, our Enterprise Cybersecurity group stands as the vigilant guardian of our digital frontiers, employing cutting-edge technologies and proactive strategies to defend against cyber threats and maintain the integrity of our systems. Together, this formidable team works in concert to deliver cutting-edge IT solutions that empower our defense capabilities and uphold our commitment to national security.

The Role:

We are seeking an Associate IT Project Manager to assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and budgets.

What you will Do:

• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and objectives
• Support the identification and allocation of project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials
• Monitor project progress and track key milestones, risks, and issues
• Assist in conducting regular project meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including status reports, presentations, and post-implementation reviews
• Develop and provide training staff members as needed
• Help ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for enhancement in project management processes and practices

Who you Are:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner, Microsoft Excel or other
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall, and the ability to adapt to different project environments
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results
• Previous experience in IT project management or related roles is preferred but not required
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2) is a plus
