Responsibilities of the Clinical Medical Assistant:

Provide exceptional patient care, offering guidance and support throughout their facility visit.
Accurately collect demographic and insurance information, meticulously updating electronic health records (EHRs) for precise patient documentation.
Record vital signs and conduct necessary lab tests, assisting physicians during examinations and minor procedures.
Address patient inquiries, manage appointment scheduling efficiently, and promptly attend to any concerns.
Maintain organization and inventory of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring smooth office operations.
Handle precise collection and processing of diverse laboratory specimens, including blood and urine samples.
Prepare and maintain fully equipped patient rooms, ensuring readiness for upcoming appointments.

Requirements of the Clinical Medical Assistant:

Minimum of 6 months' experience in a comparable role within a healthcare setting.
Certification as a Medical Assistant preferred but not mandatory.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in navigating electronic health record (EHR) systems, utilizing medical software, and operating basic medical equipment.
Ability to uphold and strictly adhere to company standards regarding confidentiality and respect.

Salary:

$19.00 to $22.00 /hour
