NYCOR - Our Client is looking to add to their team a CUSTOMER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE at their location close to Cambridge, MN- Manufacturing Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative within the manufacturing industry. Great place to grow!

Hours: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (Monday-Friday)

Pay: $18.50-$20/hr (DOE)

Experience: Customer Service Representative

Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and great attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and products.
Experience using CRM systems and data entry.
Basic understanding of order fulfillment and logistics processes.
