About the Job:
As a Loan Servicing Call Representative you will be responsible for supporting the loan servicing departments by completing daily clerical tasks. Your responsibilities may include receiving/making calls to/from internal and external customers, managing incoming and outgoing mail, scanning, researching, and indexing documents, and assisting in audit preparation and review for the department.

As a Loan Servicing Call Representative you will be responsible for supporting the loan servicing departments by completing daily clerical tasks. Your responsibilities may include receiving/making calls to/from internal and external customers, managing incoming and outgoing mail, scanning, researching, and indexing documents, and assisting in audit preparation and review for the department.

What You Will Do:
- Receive calls from internal and external customers
- Make outbound calls to internal and external customers
- Research customer concerns and responds appropriately via phone calls, emails or written correspondence
- Opening, sorting and distributing all incoming mail
- Collect and disburse all outgoing mail
- Process and track return mail
- Scan and index documents
- Prepare and mail correspondence to customers
- Research and perform maintenance to the system of record
- Assist in audit preparation and review
- Understand and be knowledgeable of all assigned systems
- Performs other functions as assigned
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous banking experience preferred
- 1+ years working in an office environment is required
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Written and verbal communication skills are important
- Must possess the ability to work in a team environment with the ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks and be a self-starter
- The ability to prioritize is essential
- Math, problem solving and organizational skills required
