Maintenance Department Supervisor

Job Status: Full-time

Job Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:30 am - 3:30 pm

Job Location: 43rd Ave & Camelback

Job Pay: $60 - $65,000 annually

A2Z Staffing is currently interviewing for a Maintenance Department Supervisor for our client. This is a direct-hire position. In this role, the right person will oversee the company's day-to-day policy and procedure compliance, and provide leadership and training with the existing maintenance staff.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manage continuous improvement efforts, analyze and identify opportunities to improve processes
• Document processes and maintenance efforts
• Ensure that all plant machinery is properly and safely maintained and operated
• Improve mechanical efficiency and eliminate down time
• Minimize emergency and repetitive breakdowns
• Provide swift support for maintenance issues
• Work with internal & external business partners
• Manage tool rooms and machine shops

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

• 5 to 7 years of Mechanical Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment(s)
• Verified managerial experience in a manufacturing setting
• Lean / Six Sigma certification
• At least 5-years of relevant supervisory experience
• Welding and metal fabrication experience
• HVAC and Electrical experience
• Clean background and successfully pass a drug screen
