Office Administrator
We are a Tech firm servicing businesses in the DFW area for over 35 years and we are looking for an experienced Office Administrator that also has experience with purchasing and receiving of products in the IT industry in a small company environment. If you have the necessary skills, a good work ethic, great communications skills, and attention to detail then you are the candidate that we want.

Experience Preferred:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Licensing
- Software example: Microsoft licensing, M365/O365 licenses, Dynamics GP
- Experience with Hardware & Software Procurement
- Hardware example: servers, UPS’, desktops, laptops and firewalls
- Product Quoting Process
- Purchase Order Processing
- Strong Customer Service Skills Required
- 3 Years Experience in Purchasing and Customer Service
- Experience in an IT Support Organization a big plus
Light office management
· Various administrative duties, including vendor/client on boarding and communications.
· Manage office supplies, including procurement and organization of in the various storage areas.
Specific Knowledge/Skills/Experience Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and data entry.
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
