Lead Installer

As the Lead Interior Elevator Installer, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing the installation of interior elevators in various settings, including commercial buildings and residential complexes. Work as a team of two on job sites, ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

• Prior experience in skilled labor or related construction work preferred.
• Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and design plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
• Follow instructions given by the project manager.
• Communicate with project manager daily about progress.
• Experienced with basic hand and power tools.
• Safely transport and handle stainless/wood panel materials, tools, and equipment.
• Ensure quality workmanship and follow industry standards.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and maintain safety protocols.
• Attention to detail for precise measurements and installation.
• Understanding of safety protocols and compliance standards in construction and carpentry.
• Time Management skills to meet project deadlines.
• Reliable, adaptable, and problem–solving abilities.
• Arrive at the jobsite on time in logo shirt and appropriate work clothing.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Clean driving record. Be able to drive to the jobsite with company vehicle.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in installation.
• Other duties as assigned.
