Machine Operator Swing/Night Shift

Job Description

Largest wire manufacturer in the western United States, and their products are used in a wide variety of fields, including agriculture, construction, transportation, communications and industrial applications. The foundations of their business are galvanized and reinforcement wire, though they also produce an assortment of specialty wires to fit almost any need. The Machine Operators will be responsible for working in Fabric, Wire Draw, Field Fence, Furnaces, or Galvanizing. Candidates will need to be comfortable working on extremely large machines that primarily cut, splice, extend, and galvanize wire of various thickness. Extremely high attention to detail since wire is constantly getting moved by forklifts, run at various heights in/out of machines, and 2 ton spindles are moved throughout the warehouse. Must be comfortable operating machinery and lifting up to 50lbs. Machines run 12 days on with 2 days off, candidates will have to be able to work 12 days in a row. Great opportunity for overtime. Employees can also earn an extra $2-$6 per hour based on the amount of product they run through the machines

Swing Shift: 3:00pm - 11:00pm

Night Shift: 11:00pm - 7:30am

Looking for candidates with at least 6 months experience operating machines, that are big on safety, and can work 12 days in a row.
