Position Summary

Our cooks take care of the guests in the Tap Room, 1741 on the Terrace, Musical Sunday Brunch and when in season the Patio. You will get the opportunity to cook for our hotel guests, businesspeople, celebrities, special occasions guests and social events.

This position is a great place to continue your culinary journey by learning from Chef Rodney Rivera.

If you like a fast paced, high end, team-oriented restaurant then this is the position you have been looking for in your career.

Compensation

$18-$21 per hour based on experience

Qualifications

• Experience in Higher-End Restaurants
• Attention to Detail
• Able to Work Weekends and Holidays

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Applicants must have the physical capability to lift, push or pull at least 30-50 pounds.

Must be able to stand for the duration of the shift.

Must have the ability to make fast, simple, repeated movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists, and to reach and stretch, bend, kneel and squat.

There will be a pre-employment drug screen and a nationwide criminal background check. Previous employment will be verified and references will be thoroughly checked.
