Randall Construction is currently seeking a Social Media & Digital Marketing Intern to work part-time in our Apopka, FL Headquarters approximately 20 hours per week. We are excited about this opportunity and are determined to consider the best and brightest candidates who meet our requirements.

Position Summary:

This role requires a versatile, dynamic, and self-motivated, and preferably bilingual (English/Spanish) individual who can effectively create, manage, and optimize digital and print content across various platforms to support brand objectives and engage target audiences and B2B customers.


Essential Functions:

Graphic Design:

· Design visually appealing graphics, images, videos, and other visual content for various purposes including social media, website, and marketing materials.

Digital Marketing:

  • Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and content marketing, to reach and engage B2B clients.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly.

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
  • Manage social media accounts by creating, scheduling, posting, and monitoring content across platforms.

Website Marketing:

  • Update, edit, and maintain content on websites, ensuring accuracy, functionality, and optimal user experience.
  • Collaborate with web developers or IT teams to resolve technical issues and improve website performance.

Desired Qualification Requirements:

  • Current student or recent graduate of a collegiate Marketing program.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) will be a big plus.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, SEO principles, and analytics tools.
  • Beginning experience digital marketing tools and platforms related to graphic design, social media management, and WordPress editing.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and social media platforms.
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Good working knowledge of all Microsoft Suite software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
